Villa Flavia, a separate villa surrounded by fruit trees, has a fully equipped kitchen and adjoining breakfast room. Two double bedrooms - one large, one small - and a bathroom with bath and hand shower. Two outdoor showers for the hot summer months are located in the large gardens that surround the house.

A short walk from Villa Flavia there is “Il Torchio”, a well established country restaurant at the end of the lane.
Our guests can enjoy a three course meal for a special price of Euro 12,00, excluding drinks.
Should you wish to eat from the “A la Carte Menu” you will be entitled to a
15% discount from both the restaurant and the “Pizzeria”.
Bathing
Most of Milazzo beaches are free and since the peninsula is pointing North you have the choice of going swimming either on the Eastern beaches or on the Western ones.
This has the added advantage that if there is a strong Easterly wind you can swim on the Western beaches and likewise move to the Easterly beaches if there a prevailing Westerly wind.
We recommend the beach of “Rotolo” on the Eastern side and “Ponente” on the Western side.
Cirucco, a fully equipped secluded resort
Towards the end of the cape, on the Easterly side, there is “Cirucco”, an old established secluded resort with its own private beach and fully equipped with restaurant, bar, pizzeria, mini-market, deckchairs, umbrellas etc.
We have negotiated, for our guests a three course meal for Euro 12,00, excluding drinks.
Here again if you wish to eat from “A la Carte Menu” you will be entitled to a 15% discount both at the restaurant and the “pizzeria”.
The same 15% will apply to all services offered by the Cirucco complex.
The Grasso Winery
Established back in 1887, the Grasso Winery and wine museum is part of Milazzo’s old farming and wine making tradition. Right up to the early 50s, the strong local wines (15/ 16 degrees) were exported to France to be used for cutting the much weaker French wines. The Grasso Family were at the core of this long established trade.
Today they bottle their own wines and also sell them to the locals in 5 litres drums at Euro 7,00 each.
Our guests will find in the fridge, on arrival, a complimentary bottle of Mamertino White, a local speciality.
In addition they will be entitled to a 10% discount on any wine they buy from the Grasso Wine Shop.

CAR HIRE
To enjoy Milazzo and Sicily to the full we strongly advise you to hire a car. You may have your own or your airlines supplier or you may wish to avail yourself of the services of our supplier

Additional Information
During July and August, bookings are usually by the week, starting on Saturday. In order to provide a window for cleaning and changing the linen, the apartments are not available until 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Rental includes bed and bath linen.
Additional linen change is charged at £4 per person
A final cleaning charge of £30 is payable per booking
Additional cleaning is available on request with a supplementary charge of £15
A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total rental cost is required to confirm the booking. Cleared funds for the balance must be received no later than two weeks before arrival. We welcome payment by UK cheque or direct bank transfer. Unfortunately we can not accept payment by credit cards. Sterling payments will be calculated at prevailing rates.
A breakage deposit of €200 is required on arrival refundable on departure
